CBI Arrests DGCA Deputy Director, Air Training Firm Director in Bribery Case

The CBI has arrested Sushil Kumar Garg, deputy director of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in Chennai, and Sachin Keshav Bhane, director of Ekvi Air Training Organisation Pvt Ltd. The arrests were made in connection with an alleged bribery case involving the airworthiness certification of aircraft operated by the company. Garg reportedly accepted Rs 2.5 lakh as illegal gratification. The agency registered an FIR after receiving inputs about the alleged bribe demand and has taken both individuals into custody for further questioning.

DGCA के डिप्टी डायरेक्टर और एयर ट्रेनिंग फर्म के डायरेक्टर को सीबीआई ने रिश्वतखोरी मामले में गिरफ्तार किया

सीबीआई ने चेन्नई में नागर विमानन महानिदेशालय (DGCA) के उप निदेशक सुशील कुमार गर्ग और एकवी एयर ट्रेनिंग ऑर्गनाइजेशन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के निदेशक सचिन केशव भाने को गिरफ्तार किया है। यह गिरफ्तारी कंपनी द्वारा संचालित विमानों की एयरवर्थनेस सर्टिफिकेशन से जुड़े कथित रिश्वतखोरी मामले में की गई है। गर्ग ने कथित तौर पर 2.5 लाख रुपये की अवैध रिश्वत स्वीकार की थी। एजेंसी ने कथित रिश्वत की मांग के बारे में इनपुट मिलने के बाद एक एफआईआर दर्ज की और आगे की पूछताछ के लिए दोनों व्यक्तियों को हिरासत में ले लिया है।
