The Keralam government has established an 'AgriStack Commissionerate' under the State Agriculture department to implement the AgriStack initiative. The Director of Agriculture will serve as the AgriStack Commissioner within this four-level structure. AgriStack, a Union Agriculture Ministry initiative, aims to create a unified digital ecosystem for the farm sector through core registries like Farmers, Crop Sown, and Geo-referenced Village Maps. This digital foundation is intended to enhance farmer-centric services, improve governance efficiency, and foster innovation within the agricultural landscape.
