Sebi Bars Kore Digital Promoters

Capital markets regulator Sebi has passed an interim order against Kore Digital and three key personnel for alleged financial statement manipulation. A probe found prima facie evidence of non-genuine subsidiaries, suspicious accounting, and diversion of funds. Sebi has barred the managing director, CEO, and CFO from dealing in Kore Digital shares and accessing the securities market. The company is also barred from migrating to the main board.

सेबी ने कोरे डिजिटल और उसके तीन बड़े अधिकारियों के खिलाफ अंतरिम आदेश जारी किया है। आरोप है कि उन्होंने वित्तीय नतीजों में हेरफेर किया। जांच में नकली सब्सिडियरी, गलत अकाउंटिंग और पैसों के हेरफेर के सबूत मिले हैं। सेबी ने मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर, सीईओ और सीएफओ को कोरे डिजिटल के शेयर खरीदने-बेचने और शेयर बाजार से दूर रहने का आदेश दिया है। कंपनी को मेन बोर्ड पर जाने से भी रोका गया है।
