Yogi Adityanath Highlights UP Schemes For Women’s Economic Empowerment

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath highlighted state initiatives for women's nutrition, financial inclusion, and economic self-reliance during Sharadiya Navratri. He noted increased Anganwadi worker honorariums and women's participation in dairy companies and self-help groups as key measures. The Chief Minister also mentioned improvements in supplementary nutrition distribution, attributing enhanced transparency and livelihood opportunities to assigning production and distribution to self-help groups. Over 1.20 crore women are associated with self-help groups in Uttar Pradesh, with initiatives like Lakhpati Didi aiming to boost household incomes.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने शारदीय नवरात्रि के दौरान महिलाओं के पोषण, वित्तीय समावेशन और आर्थिक आत्मनिर्भरता के लिए राज्य की पहलों पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं के बढ़े हुए मानदेय और डेयरी कंपनियों व स्वयं सहायता समूहों में महिलाओं की भागीदारी को प्रमुख उपाय बताया। मुख्यमंत्री ने पूरक पोषण वितरण में सुधार का भी उल्लेख किया, और उत्पादन व वितरण स्वयं सहायता समूहों को सौंपने से पारदर्शिता और आजीविका के अवसरों में वृद्धि का श्रेय दिया। उत्तर प्रदेश में 1.20 करोड़ से अधिक महिलाएं स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ी हैं, जिसमें लखपति दीदी जैसी पहलें घरेलू आय बढ़ाने का लक्ष्य रखती हैं।
