Ladakh Hosts World's Highest Art Biennale

Ladakh has transformed into the world's highest regenerative art biennale, the sā Ladakh Biennale, running until August 10, 2026. Spanning 230 kilometres across eight locations, including Leh and Kargil, the event uses the Himalayan landscape as its gallery. Nineteen international and local artists are showcasing works exploring land, climate, identity, and indigenous knowledge.

लद्दाख दुनिया का सबसे ऊंचा 'रीजेनरेटिव आर्ट बिएनले' बन गया है, जिसका नाम है 'सा लद्दाख बिएनले'। यह 10 अगस्त 2026 तक चलेगा। लेह और कारगिल समेत आठ जगहों पर 230 किलोमीटर में फैला यह आयोजन हिमालयी परिदृश्य को अपनी गैलरी बना रहा है। 19 अंतरराष्ट्रीय और स्थानीय कलाकार जमीन, जलवायु, पहचान और स्थानीय ज्ञान पर आधारित कलाकृतियां दिखा रहे हैं।
