A 57-year-old government employee was killed in a hit-and-run incident on NH-44 in Shamshabad on Friday morning. Syed Zaheeruddin Ahmed, from the Women and Child Welfare Department, was riding his scooter to work when an unidentified vehicle rammed him from behind at high speed. The severe impact caused fatal injuries, and he died at the scene. Police are investigating the accident, reviewing CCTV footage to identify the vehicle and its driver.

शुक्रवार सुबह NH-44 पर शमशाबाद में एक सरकारी कर्मचारी की सड़क हादसे में मौत हो गई। 57 साल के सैयद जहीरउद्दीन अहमद, जो महिला एवं बाल कल्याण विभाग में थे, अपनी स्कूटर से काम पर जा रहे थे। तभी एक अज्ञात गाड़ी ने उन्हें पीछे से तेज रफ्तार में टक्कर मार दी। चोटें इतनी गंभीर थीं कि मौके पर ही उनकी मृत्यु हो गई। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है और गाड़ी व ड्राइवर का पता लगाने के लिए CCTV फुटेज खंगाल रही है।
