Qualified institutional buyers subscribed 2.99 times, non-institutional investors 2.09 times, and retail investors 2.47 times. The IPO, which opened on September 23, 2026, and closed on September 25, 2026, was a fresh issue worth Rs 300 crore. Proceeds will fund performance bank guarantees, working capital, and debt repayment.
