Kerala Ex-CM Pinarayi Vijayan Summoned By ED For Questioning

ED has summoned former Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan for questioning in connection with a money laundering case linked to CMRL. Vijayan has challenged the Kerala High Court's order to register an FIR in this matter by approaching the Supreme Court. The ED's summons, issued under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, follows a recent FIR registered by state police. The agency alleges that CMRL made a fraudulent payment of ₹2.78 crore to Vijayan's daughter's company for IT consultancy services.

केरल के पूर्व सीएम पिनराई विजयन को ईडी ने पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया

ईडी ने पूर्व केरल मुख्यमंत्री पिनराई विजयन को CMRL से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया है। विजयन ने इस मामले में FIR दर्ज करने के केरल हाई कोर्ट के आदेश को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है। मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग रोकथाम अधिनियम के तहत ईडी द्वारा जारी यह समन, हाल ही में राज्य पुलिस द्वारा दर्ज की गई FIR के बाद आया है। एजेंसी का आरोप है कि CMRL ने विजयन की बेटी की कंपनी को आईटी कंसल्टेंसी सेवाओं के लिए ₹2.78 करोड़ का फर्जी भुगतान किया था।
