The transaction is valued at approximately Rs 1,062.8 crore, with a floor price set at Rs 1,250 per share. This move comes as CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions, a power generation company, has a market capitalization of Rs 16,369.34 crore. Analysts from Macquarie and JM Financial have recently initiated coverage on the stock, expressing positive outlooks for its growth potential in India's renewable energy sector.
