A significant portion of the funds, ₹3.35 crore, has been specifically earmarked to cover the land lease fee for the project. This development aims to address parking challenges in the vicinity.

केरल हाई कोर्ट को बताया गया है कि मंगलवनम के पास पार्किंग लॉट बनाने के लिए ₹6 करोड़ मंजूर किए गए हैं। इसमें करीब 250 गाड़ियां खड़ी हो सकेंगी। इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए ज़मीन लीज़ की फीस देने हेतु ₹3.35 करोड़ अलग रखे गए हैं। इस कदम से इलाके में पार्किंग की समस्या हल होगी।
