Signature Global has awarded a ₹496 crore construction contract to B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited for its Tonino Lamborghini Residences project in Gurugram. The project involves building five residential towers, each with multiple basements and significant floor counts, along with commercial and ancillary buildings. This premium branded residential project, located in Sector 71, is spread across 12.40 acres and marks the Tonino Lamborghini brand's debut in India's real estate market. The construction is expected to be completed over a timeline of five to six years.

Kashyap & Sons Limited को ₹496 करोड़ का निर्माण कॉन्ट्रैक्ट दिया है। इस प्रोजेक्ट में कई बेसमेंट और महत्वपूर्ण फ्लोर काउंट वाली पांच रेजिडेंशियल टावर, साथ ही कमर्शियल और सहायक बिल्डिंग्स का निर्माण शामिल है। सेक्टर 71 में स्थित यह प्रीमियम ब्रांडेड रेजिडेंशियल प्रोजेक्ट 12.40 एकड़ में फैला है और यह भारत के रियल एस्टेट बाजार में Tonino Lamborghini ब्रांड की शुरुआत का प्रतीक है। निर्माण कार्य पांच से छह साल की समय-सीमा में पूरा होने की उम्मीद है।
