Congress leader Mettu Sai Kumar has accused the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leadership of paying its followers to conduct social media smear campaigns against Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. Sai Kumar alleged that the BRS cadre was instructed to praise party leaders K. Chandrasekhar Rao and K.T. Rama Rao before being paid to spread misinformation about the Chief Minister and target the Congress party.
