Times of India - India · india
The Turkey Track Ranch in Texas, spanning 77,721 acres, is back on the market for $180 million after recovering from the February 2024 Smokehouse Creek Fire. The wildfire, the largest in Texas history, burned approximately 60% of the ranch's rangeland, killing livestock and destroying buildings. Owners had withdrawn the property from sale to allow for recovery. With vegetation and wildlife returning, 65 miles of new fencing installed, and cattle operations resumed, the ranch is now being offered again.
