Market breadth was weak, with more stocks declining than advancing on the BSE. Foreign portfolio investors sold shares worth Rs 2,977.

भारतीय शेयर बाज़ार मामूली बढ़त पर

भारतीय शेयर बाज़ारों में शुरुआती कारोबार में मामूली तेज़ी देखी गई, जो एशियाई बाज़ारों के अनुरूप थी। Sensex 224.35 अंक और Nifty 50, 69.35 अंक चढ़े। FMCG, PSU Bank और Oil & Gas शेयरों में बढ़त रही, जबकि फार्मा, मेटल और रियलिटी सेक्टर गिरे। मिड-कैप और स्मॉल-कैप इंडेक्स में गिरावट आई। BSE पर गिरने वाले शेयरों की संख्या बढ़ने वालों से ज़्यादा थी। विदेशी पोर्टफोलियो निवेशकों ने 2,977 करोड़ रुपये के शेयर बेचे।
