CJP leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka will not appear before the Delhi Police Crime Branch today as summoned. They have informed the Crime Branch that they cannot attend the investigation on the scheduled date. The police are expected to issue a fresh summons with a changed date and time. Both leaders were directed to appear at the Rajouri Garden office at 12 PM to record their statements regarding various aspects of a case. Earlier, a court ordered their release on personal bonds of ₹50,000 each.

CJP नेता सौरव दास और आशुतोष रांका आज दिल्ली पुलिस क्राइम ब्रांच के समन पर पेश नहीं होंगे। उन्होंने क्राइम ब्रांच को सूचित कर दिया है कि वे तय तारीख पर जांच में शामिल नहीं हो सकते। पुलिस द्वारा नई तारीख और समय के साथ एक नया समन जारी किए जाने की उम्मीद है। दोनों नेताओं को एक मामले के विभिन्न पहलुओं के संबंध में अपने बयान दर्ज कराने के लिए दोपहर 12 बजे राजौरी गार्डन कार्यालय में उपस्थित होने का निर्देश दिया गया था। इससे पहले, एक अदालत ने उन्हें प्रत्येक को ₹50,000 के निजी मुचलके पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया था।
