Sanitation Workers Strike in Jaipur Over Delayed Certificates

Sanitation workers and drivers in Jaipur's Kishanpole zone have initiated a strike, citing delays in receiving experience certificates crucial for the Rajasthan sanitation worker recruitment drive. The application deadline is, adding urgency to their demands. The workers' union president accused the deputy commissioner of non-cooperation, stating the strike will persist until certificates are issued. The deputy commissioner, however, explained that verification of salary records, ESI, and PF deductions is necessary before issuing certificates, leading to the current delays.

जयपुर के किशनपोल जोन के सफाई कर्मचारियों और ड्राइवरों ने हड़ताल शुरू कर दी है। वे राजस्थान सफाई कर्मचारी भर्ती अभियान के लिए ज़रूरी अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र मिलने में देरी का हवाला दे रहे हैं। आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि नजदीक है, जिससे उनकी मांगें और भी ज़रूरी हो गई हैं। कर्मचारियों के यूनियन अध्यक्ष ने उप-आयुक्त पर असहयोग का आरोप लगाया और कहा कि जब तक प्रमाण पत्र जारी नहीं किए जाते, हड़ताल जारी रहेगी। उप-आयुक्त ने हालांकि समझाया कि प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने से पहले वेतन रिकॉर्ड, ईएसआई और पीएफ कटौती का सत्यापन ज़रूरी है, जिसके कारण वर्तमान में देरी हो रही है।
