Land acquisition for New Noida is set to commence shortly, following the consent of 281 farmers to give up their plots through mutual agreement. The Noida Authority has finalized acquisition rates for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region, a vast urban development project. The acquisition will occur in four phases, with the Authority aiming to acquire 3,165 hectares by 2027. Compensation packages will vary across phases, including developed plots as part of the agreement. This move paves the way for significant urban expansion in the region.

नई नोएडा के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण जल्द ही शुरू होने वाला है, क्योंकि 281 किसानों ने आपसी समझौते से अपनी जमीन देने पर सहमति जताई है। नोएडा अथॉरिटी ने दादरी-नोएडा-गाजियाबाद इन्वेस्टमेंट रीजन, एक विशाल शहरी विकास परियोजना के लिए अधिग्रहण दरें तय कर ली हैं। अधिग्रहण चार चरणों में होगा, और अथॉरिटी का लक्ष्य 2027 तक 3,165 हेक्टेयर जमीन का अधिग्रहण करना है। मुआवजे के पैकेजों में समझौते के हिस्से के रूप में विकसित प्लॉट भी शामिल होंगे, जो चरणों के अनुसार अलग-अलग होंगे। इस कदम से क्षेत्र में महत्वपूर्ण शहरी विस्तार का मार्ग प्रशस्त होगा।
