BJP Names Final Candidates For UP MLC Polls

The BJP has announced its final six candidates for the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council polls on October 23. These seats are for graduates and teachers constituencies. The party had previously announced five candidates in May. Sitting MLC Dhruv Kumar Tripathi will contest from Gorakhpur-Faizabad teachers constituency. The BJP aims to build momentum for the 2027 assembly elections by winning these polls. A booth management strategy, similar to general elections, is being implemented.

भाजपा ने 23 अक्टूबर को होने वाले उत्तर प्रदेश विधान परिषद चुनाव के लिए अपने अंतिम छह उम्मीदवारों की घोषणा कर दी है। ये सीटें स्नातक और शिक्षक निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए हैं। पार्टी ने पहले मई में पांच उम्मीदवारों की घोषणा की थी। मौजूदा एमएलसी ध्रुव कुमार त्रिपाठी गोरखपुर-फैजाबाद शिक्षक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से चुनाव लड़ेंगे। भाजपा का लक्ष्य इन चुनावों को जीतकर 2027 के विधानसभा चुनावों के लिए गति बनाना है। बूथ प्रबंधन रणनीति, जो आम चुनावों के समान है, लागू की जा रही है।
