Uttar Pradesh Faces Heavy Rain, Schools Closed

Lucknow and surrounding districts in Uttar Pradesh have experienced continuous rainfall for over 42 hours, causing significant waterlogging and disruptions. Incidents of trees and houses collapsing have been reported, with one vehicle damaged by a fallen tree. Many residential areas have also seen water enter homes, causing considerable hardship to citizens. The District Magistrate of Lucknow has ordered schools up to Class 12, along with higher education institutions, to remain closed due to the ongoing adverse weather.

लखनऊ और आसपास के जिलों में 42 घंटे से लगातार बारिश हो रही है। इससे कई जगहों पर पानी भर गया है और जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त हो गया है। पेड़ और घर गिरने की भी खबरें हैं, एक गाड़ी भी पेड़ गिरने से क्षतिग्रस्त हुई है। कई घरों में पानी घुस गया है, जिससे लोगों को काफी परेशानी हो रही है। मौसम को देखते हुए लखनऊ के DM ने 12वीं कक्षा तक के सभी स्कूल और कॉलेज बंद रखने का आदेश दिया है।
