Yemen's Houthis reported that Saudi Arabia conducted 58 airstrikes against their positions within a 24-hour period. This escalation follows a recent Houthi drone and missile attack on a Saudi military base, which reportedly wounded 73 people and set oil sites ablaze. The renewed fighting comes amid a civil war that reignited in July, with the Houthis also claiming control of the vital Bab al-Mandab Strait. The conflict has displaced nearly 86,000 people.
