Kazakhstan Welcomes Lukoil Project Decisions

Kazakhstan's Deputy Energy Minister Kaiyrkhan Tutkyshbayev stated that the republic welcomes any decision by Russian company Lukoil regarding its projects in the country. He emphasized that Kazakhstan has no intention of forcing foreign companies out of oil and gas projects, viewing Lukoil as a historic partner. The company, operating in Kazakhstan since 1995, has been affected by US sanctions and is reportedly negotiating the sale of its foreign assets.

कज़ाकिस्तान के उप ऊर्जा मंत्री कैरखान तुतकुशबायेव ने कहा है कि रूस की कंपनी Lukoil के कज़ाकिस्तान में चल रहे प्रोजेक्ट्स को लेकर जो भी फैसला होगा, उसका स्वागत किया जाएगा। उन्होंने साफ किया कि कज़ाकिस्तान किसी भी विदेशी कंपनी को तेल और गैस प्रोजेक्ट्स से बाहर निकालने का इरादा नहीं रखता। Lukoil को वे एक पुराने साथी के तौर पर देखते हैं। यह कंपनी 1995 से कज़ाकिस्तान में काम कर रही है और अमेरिकी प्रतिबंधों से प्रभावित है।
