Florida has issued an arrest warrant for 95-year-old former Cuban leader Raul Castro. The warrant stems from criminal charges related to his alleged role in ordering the 1996 downing of two unarmed aircraft belonging to the Florida-based group Brothers to the Rescue. Four people were killed in the attack, and Castro faces state-level charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. State Attorney General James Uthmeier stated Florida will pursue accountability for the "communist conspiracy" that led to the deaths.
