Allahabad HC Cancels NSA Detention, Orders Release

इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा कानून के तहत 25 साल की आकृति चौधरी की 25 साल पुरानी हिरासत रद्द कर दी है। कोर्ट ने इसे "मनगढ़ंत कहानी" बताया और तुरंत रिहाई का आदेश दिया, जब तक कि वह किसी और मामले में जेल में न हो। कोर्ट ने राज्य को 5 लाख रुपये का हर्जाना देने का भी निर्देश दिया है। यह फैसला निवारक हिरासत कानूनों पर न्यायिक समीक्षा को दर्शाता है।
