Think & Learn Pvt Ltd (TLPL), the parent company of BYJU's, will hold approximately 32% of Aakash Educational Services following the full implementation of a settlement resolving a long-standing shareholding dispute. This stake is higher than the roughly 25.75% TLPL held before a rights issue led to litigation. The settlement involves the allotment of rights issue shares and the transfer of existing shares, with no cash consideration exchanged between TLPL, Aakash, and the Manipal Group. This development occurs amidst separate insolvency proceedings against TLPL and another BYJU's entity, K3 Education.
