Realty firm Puravankara has acquired a 13.44-acre land parcel in Greater Noida, marking its entry into the Delhi-NCR real estate market. The company plans to develop a housing project on this land, which has a saleable potential of 4.57 million sq ft. This development is expected to generate an estimated revenue of Rs 5,200 crore for Puravankara. The Managing Director highlighted NCR as a dynamic market and this acquisition as a significant.

पूर्वांकरा रियलटी ने ग्रेटर नोएडा में 13.44 एकड़ ज़मीन खरीदी है। इससे कंपनी ने दिल्ली-एनसीआर रियल एस्टेट बाज़ार में कदम रखा है। यहाँ वे एक हाउसिंग प्रोजेक्ट बनाएंगे, जिसकी बिक्री क्षमता 4.57 मिलियन वर्ग फुट है। इससे पूर्वांकरा को करीब 5,200 करोड़ रुपये का राजस्व मिलने की उम्मीद है। एमडी ने एनसीआर को एक बेहतरीन बाज़ार बताया और इस ख़रीद को महत्वपूर्ण बताया।
