Bihar Governor Wants Faculty Development Programme Expanded To All Colleges

Bihar Governor Syed Ata Hasnain has called for expanding the Lok Bhavan's faculty development programme to every university and college in the state. He reviewed the first phase of the initiative, which concludes on Wednesday, and expressed satisfaction with the positive feedback received. The programme aims to enhance teachers' professional competence and improve teaching quality by exposing them to subjects like artificial intelligence and research. The Governor stressed the need for subsequent phases to be more effective and translate into tangible academic improvements.

बिहार के राज्यपाल सैयद अता हसनैन ने लोक भवन के फैकल्टी डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम को राज्य के हर विश्वविद्यालय और कॉलेज में फैलाने की बात कही है। उन्होंने इस पहल के पहले चरण की समीक्षा की, जो बुधवार को खत्म हो रहा है, और मिली सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया से संतुष्टि जताई। इस प्रोग्राम का मकसद शिक्षकों की पेशेवर क्षमता को बढ़ाना और आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस और रिसर्च जैसे विषयों से अवगत कराकर पढ़ाने की गुणवत्ता में सुधार करना है। राज्यपाल ने जोर देकर कहा कि अगले चरणों को और प्रभावी बनाने और अकादमिक सुधारों में स्पष्ट बदलाव लाने की जरूरत है।
