Apple Pay Launches in India for Axis Bank

Apple Pay has officially launched in India, enabling users to make contactless payments via iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Initially, customers with Axis Bank-issued Visa and Mastercard credit cards can add their cards to Apple Pay. This service allows for secure in-store, in-app, and online transactions without needing to enter PINs or OTPs. Apple stated that actual card numbers are not stored on devices or shared with merchants, enhancing transaction security. Support for Mac devices is expected soon.

एप्पल पे अब भारत में आ गया है, जिससे यूज़र्स iPhone, iPad और Apple Watch से कॉन्टैक्टलेस पेमेंट कर सकेंगे। अभी शुरुआत में, एक्सिस बैंक के वीज़ा और मास्टरकार्ड क्रेडिट कार्ड वाले ग्राहक ही अपने कार्ड एप्पल पे में जोड़ पाएंगे। इस सर्विस से दुकान पर, ऐप में और ऑनलाइन पेमेंट करना आसान और सुरक्षित हो जाएगा, बिना पिन या ओटीपी डाले। एप्पल ने बताया कि असली कार्ड नंबर डिवाइस पर सेव नहीं होते और न ही मर्चेंट के साथ शेयर किए जाते हैं, जिससे पेमेंट और भी सुरक्षित हो जाता है। जल्द ही Mac डिवाइस के लिए भी सपोर्ट मिलने की उम्मीद है।
