Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has detained a minor suspected of planning a terrorist attack at Moscow's Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve. The FSB received information from US counterparts about an imminent mass-casualty threat. The suspect allegedly posted threatening content on TikTok and subscribed to a neo-Nazi channel on Telegram. The US Embassy had issued a security alert warning of a credible threat at the location on October 31, prompting temporary closure and evacuation of the reserve.
