Doctors at SGPGI's Pain Clinic have clarified that not all severe facial pains are trigeminal neuralgia, the condition actor Salman Khan experienced. Two women, aged 45 and 51, were misdiagnosed for years, suffering from excruciating pain due to pinched nerves in their necks. Specialists used minimally invasive techniques like hydrodissection and radiofrequency lesioning to treat the actual cause, providing lasting relief.
