Keralam Mandates Hazard Perception Test for Licences

Keralam's Motor Vehicles Department will introduce a mandatory computer-based Hazard Perception Test for driving licence aspirants starting December 2026. This initiative aims to enhance road safety by assessing applicants' ability to identify potential road hazards. The test, featuring 10 one-minute videos, requires candidates to identify at least two hazards per video. Successful completion, with a minimum of 60 out of 100 marks, is required before proceeding to practical driving tests.

केरल ने लाइसेंस के लिए हैज़र्ड परसेप्शन टेस्ट अनिवार्य किया

केरल का मोटर वाहन विभाग दिसंबर 2026 से ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस चाहने वालों के लिए एक अनिवार्य कंप्यूटर-आधारित हैज़र्ड परसेप्शन टेस्ट शुरू करेगा। इसका मकसद सड़क सुरक्षा बढ़ाना है। इस टेस्ट में 10 एक मिनट के वीडियो होंगे, जिनमें से हर वीडियो में कम से कम दो ख़तरों को पहचानना होगा। 100 में से 60 अंक लाने पर ही प्रैक्टिकल ड्राइविंग टेस्ट के लिए आगे बढ़ पाएंगे।
