Gold prices are recovering but face pressure from global factors, according to Manav Modi, Senior Analyst at Motilal Oswal. The commodity enters the week around Rs 150,750, having recovered from a recent dip but remaining below September's peak. Immediate support is seen around Rs 149,000-150,000, with a stronger zone at Rs 145,500-147,000. A sustained move above Rs 155,000 could signal a resumption of the broader upward trend. Despite headwinds from rising Treasury yields and potential Fed tightening, strong investment demand and central bank accumulation provide underlying support.
