Chennai Suburban Services Partially Cancelled On Saturday Due to Engineering Work

Ten suburban EMU services in Chennai will be partially cancelled on Saturday, due to an engineering block at Singaperumal Koil yard. Southern Railway announced a line block from 11:40 am to 2:40 pm on the Chennai Egmore–Villupuram section for ongoing engineering work. Five services from Chennai Beach to Chengalpet and five from Chengalpet to Chennai Beach will be affected, with cancellations occurring between Kattangulathur or Guduvancheri and their respective destinations. This measure is being taken to ensure passenger safety and safe train operations.

चेन्नई में दस उपनगरीय ईएमयू सेवाएं शनिवार को सिंगपेरुमल कोइल यार्ड में इंजीनियरिंग ब्लॉक के कारण आंशिक रूप से रद्द कर दी जाएंगी। दक्षिणी रेलवे ने चल रहे इंजीनियरिंग काम के लिए चेन्नई एग्मोर-विल्लुपुरम खंड पर सुबह 11:40 बजे से दोपहर 2:40 बजे तक लाइन ब्लॉक की घोषणा की है। चेन्नई बीच से चेंगलपट्टू के लिए पांच सेवाएं और चेंगलपट्टू से चेन्नई बीच के लिए पांच सेवाएं प्रभावित होंगी, जिसमें कट्टंगुलथुर या गुडुवांचेरी और उनके संबंधित गंतव्यों के बीच रद्द होंगी। यह उपाय यात्री सुरक्षा और सुरक्षित ट्रेन संचालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए किया जा रहा है।
