San Francisco 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw was ejected from the game against the Seattle Seahawks after headbutting opponent Ernest Jones IV. The incident occurred after Greenlaw committed a late hit on quarterback Sam Darnold near the Seahawks sideline. Following the hit, players from both teams converged, and Jones IV reportedly said something to Greenlaw. Greenlaw, still wearing his helmet, then headbutted Jones IV, who was not wearing his helmet. Greenlaw was subsequently sent to the locker room and watched the remainder of the 32-29 victory from there.
