A Russian drone strike on a crowded platform at Dnipro railway station has killed at least 13 people and wounded 10 others, Ukrainian officials reported. The attack occurred as a train bound for Zaporizhzhia was present. This incident follows a pattern of Russian targeting of Ukraine's railway network, though Moscow denies intentionally hitting civilians. Separately, a Russian missile attack in Chernihiv killed two girls and injured eleven others. Ukrainian President Zelensky called for increased sanctions on Russia following the attacks.
