He flagged off an awareness rally organised by the Indian Red Cross Society, stressing that women's health is crucial for family well-being. The Collector particularly urged women over 40 to undergo regular screening tests, highlighting that early detection significantly improves treatment outcomes and recovery chances. He encouraged women not to ignore symptoms like lumps and to seek immediate medical consultation, assuring them of accessible high-standard medical services in the district.

40 साल से ज़्यादा की महिलाओं से कलेक्टर ने की अपील स्तन कैंसर की जांच जल्द कराएं

नेल्लोर जिला कलेक्टर हिमांशु शुक्ला ने महिलाओं में स्तन कैंसर के प्रति जागरूकता और समय पर मेडिकल जांच कराने की ज़रूरत पर ज़ोर दिया है। उन्होंने इंडियन रेड क्रॉस सोसाइटी द्वारा आयोजित जागरूकता रैली को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया और कहा कि परिवार की खुशहाली के लिए महिलाओं का स्वास्थ्य बहुत ज़रूरी है। कलेक्टर ने खास तौर पर 40 साल से ज़्यादा की महिलाओं से नियमित जांच कराने की अपील की। उन्होंने बताया कि शुरुआती दौर में पता चलने से इलाज के नतीजे और ठीक होने की संभावना काफी बेहतर हो जाती है। उन्होंने महिलाओं को गांठ जैसी किसी भी समस्या को नज़रअंदाज़ न करने और तुरंत डॉक्टर से सलाह लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।
