Indian Air Force chief Air Chief Marshal A P Singh humorously remarked that the US doesn't allow access to F-35 aircraft, yet discusses selling them. He clarified that no official offer for the fifth-generation fighter jets has been made to India. This statement came during a joint press conference on the sidelines of the multinational air exercise Tarang Shakti-2026 in Jodhpur, where US F-35s are participating for the first time on Indian soil. Singh also addressed Russia's offer of Su-57 jets, stating a decision is pending government evaluation.
