Beverage giant Coca-Cola has reiterated its intention to list its Indian bottling operations, Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings (HCCH), on the stock market. The company is reportedly preparing to file its draft prospectus this week, with the IPO potentially formalised in the second quarter of 2027. Coca-Cola aims for a $1 billion IPO, valuing the bottling arm at $10 billion, primarily through an offer for sale by existing shareholders. This move aligns with Coca-Cola's global strategy to adopt an asset-light model and focus on brand building and digitisation.
