A Delhi court has issued fresh summons to YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a 2018 defamation case related to a video about the BJP IT Cell. Repeated attempts to serve him over several years had been unsuccessful, prompting the court to direct service at his Gurugram address. The case stems from a May 2018 video where Rathee alleged attempts to bribe him to defame the BJP IT Cell. The complainant, Vikas Pandey, initiated defamation proceedings against Rathee and Arvind Kejriwal after the video was widely shared.
