Marathi actress Prajakta Mali has reportedly sold her Goregaon East flat for Rs 1.12 crore. This transaction follows closely behind her purchase of a new property in the same locality for Rs 6.42 crore. The flat she sold spans 473 sq ft and the deal was registered on September 10, 2026. Mali, known for her work in Marathi cinema, is also preparing for upcoming Marathi and Telugu film releases.

अभिनेत्री प्राजक्ता माली ने कथित तौर पर गोरेगांव ईस्ट में अपना फ्लैट 1.12 करोड़ रुपये में बेच दिया है। यह सौदा उसी इलाके में 6.42 करोड़ रुपये की नई प्रॉपर्टी खरीदने के तुरंत बाद हुआ है। बिका हुआ फ्लैट 473 वर्ग फुट का है और इसका रजिस्ट्रेशन 10 सितंबर 2026 को हुआ था। मराठी सिनेमा में काम के लिए जानी जाने वाली प्राजक्ता जल्द ही मराठी और तेलुगु फिल्मों में भी नजर आएंगी।
