Gulveer Singh secured a silver medal in the men's 1500m race at the Asian Games 2026 in Nagoya, Japan. The 28-year-old Indian athlete achieved a personal best time of 3:36.72, finishing second behind Japan's Kazuto Izawa. This marks Singh's second medal of the Games, having also won silver in the 10,000m. Compatriot Yoonus Shah finished ninth in the 1500m event.
