Jagan to Move Supreme Court Again Over Alleged Obstruction of YSRCP Nominees in Andhra Polls

YSRCP president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy announced the party will approach the Supreme Court again with fresh evidence of obstruction against its candidates in local body elections. He alleged torn nomination papers, forged withdrawal letters, and attacks on party nominees. Reddy claimed the situation has not improved despite previous Supreme Court intervention and questioned the implementation of court directions by the State Election Commission and police. He accused the TDP-led coalition of dictatorial rule.

वाईएसआरसीपी अध्यक्ष वाई.एस. जगन मोहन रेड्डी ने घोषणा की है कि पार्टी स्थानीय निकाय चुनावों में अपने उम्मीदवारों के खिलाफ कथित बाधाओं के नए सबूतों के साथ फिर से सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाएगी। उन्होंने पार्टी के उम्मीदवारों के नामांकन पत्र फाड़ने, फर्जी वापसी पत्र और हमलों का आरोप लगाया। रेड्डी ने दावा किया कि पिछली सुप्रीम कोर्ट की दखल के बावजूद स्थिति में सुधार नहीं हुआ है और उन्होंने राज्य चुनाव आयोग और पुलिस द्वारा अदालत के निर्देशों के कार्यान्वयन पर सवाल उठाया। उन्होंने टीडीपी-नीत गठबंधन पर तानाशाही शासन का आरोप लगाया।
