Vantrock Real Assets Private Ltd (VRAPL) is set to develop 11.5 million sq. ft. of warehousing, industrial, and logistics parks with a gross development value of ₹4,200 crore. The initial phase, valued at ₹1,100 crore, will cover 3 million sq. ft. across the National Capital Region, Bengaluru, and Pune, with construction starting in 2027 and rental income expected from 2028. The company aims to acquire infill land and refurbish existing Grade-B sheds to Grade-A standards, addressing a market need for strategically located, high-quality facilities.

Vantrock Real Assets Private Ltd (VRAPL) ₹4,200 करोड़ के ग्रॉस डेवलपमेंट वैल्यू के साथ 11.5 मिलियन वर्ग फुट के वेयरहाउसिंग, इंडस्ट्रियल और लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्क विकसित करने के लिए तैयार है। ₹1,100 करोड़ के शुरुआती चरण में नेशनल कैपिटल रीजन, बेंगलुरु और पुणे में 3 मिलियन वर्ग फुट का क्षेत्र शामिल होगा, जिसका निर्माण 2027 में शुरू होगा और 2028 से रेंटल इनकम की उम्मीद है। कंपनी का लक्ष्य इनफिल लैंड का अधिग्रहण करना और मौजूदा ग्रेड-बी शेड्स को ग्रेड-ए मानकों में रिफर्बिश करना है, ताकि रणनीतिक रूप से स्थित, उच्च-गुणवत्ता वाली सुविधाओं की बाजार की जरूरत को पूरा किया जा सके।
