Adani Enterprises and US-based Jabil Inc have signed a non-binding agreement to establish a 50:50 joint venture for manufacturing artificial intelligence (AI) and data centre equipment in India. The proposed venture will produce AI racks, servers, storage, networking equipment, and power distribution systems. This initiative aims to build significant manufacturing capacity to meet domestic demand and boost exports, serving major cloud providers and enterprises. The collaboration leverages Adani's infrastructure and energy capabilities with Jabil's engineering and manufacturing expertise.
