The IPO, which opened on September 25, 2026, aims to raise funds for expanding its manufacturing facility and setting up hybrid power plants. The company plans to increase sponge iron, MS billets, and TMT bars production capacity. It also intends to establish solar and wind power projects in Gujarat to reduce reliance on the state electricity board.
