लखनऊ में मिशन शक्ति फेज 6.0 के तहत, विभिन्न स्कूलों और कॉलेजों की छात्राओं ने एक दिन के लिए वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारियों की भूमिका निभाई। छात्राओं ने DCP, अतिरिक्त DCP, ACP और SHO जैसे पदों पर कार्यभार संभाला, जिससे उन्हें पुलिसिंग की चुनौतियों और प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाओं का सीधा अनुभव मिला। उन्होंने शिकायतकर्ताओं से बातचीत की, शिकायतों के निवारण का अवलोकन किया और कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के बारे में सीखा। इस पहल का उद्देश्य महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाना, उनके आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाना और पुलिस के कामकाज और महिलाओं की सुरक्षा उपायों में अंतर्दृष्टि प्रदान करना था।
