Renewable energy firm Inox Clean Energy has filed for an initial public offering worth up to ₹10,000 crore. The company plans to sell new shares worth approximately ₹8,000 crore, with its top shareholder offloading shares worth up to ₹2,000 crore. The proceeds will be used to repay debt. This move comes amid investor enthusiasm for India's clean energy sector and the country's drive to expand non-fossil-fuel power capacity.
