Car searches are surging in smaller Indian cities during the pre-festive season, with Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns accounting for 58% of online searches in August-September. Patna has emerged as a top search hub, even surpassing Mumbai and Ahmedabad in car-related online research. SUV segment dominance continues, with nearly three-quarters of consumers searching for these models, especially compact SUVs. Demand for electric cars is also rising, with Jaipur leading searches in this category, outpacing major metros like Bengaluru and Delhi.

त्योहारी सीजन से पहले छोटे शहरों में कार सर्च बढ़ रही है। अगस्त-सितंबर में टियर-2 और टियर-3 शहरों से 58% ऑनलाइन सर्च हुए। पटना कार सर्च का बड़ा केंद्र बनकर उभरा है, इसने मुंबई और अहमदाबाद को भी पीछे छोड़ दिया है। एसयूवी सेगमेंट का दबदबा जारी है, करीब तीन-चौथाई ग्राहक इन्हीं मॉडलों की तलाश कर रहे हैं, खासकर कॉम्पैक्ट एसयूवी। इलेक्ट्रिक कारों की मांग भी बढ़ रही है, जयपुर इस कैटेगरी में सबसे आगे है, इसने बेंगलुरु और दिल्ली जैसे बड़े शहरों को भी पीछे छोड़ दिया है।
