Oscar-winning sound designer Resul Pookutty is overseeing the installation of a 1km sound system at Nagpur's Futala Musical Fountain, aiming for cohesive sonic resonance. The setup features 36 German-made speakers and imported amplifiers, making it one of the world's longest sound installations. Pookutty expressed surprise at the equipment's excellent condition despite years of exposure to weather.
