BJP MLA Arvind Bellad has demanded the resignation of Public Works Minister Satish Jarkiholi following Enforcement Directorate searches. Bellad stated that ED found over ₹3 crore cash and foreign currency, uncovering evidence of large-scale corruption in the department. He urged Jarkiholi to resign to allow a smooth investigation, citing the precedent of former Union Minister George Fernandes. Bellad emphasized that Jarkiholi could return if proven innocent or face punishment if found guilty.

बीजेपी विधायक अरविंद बेलार्ड ने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) की छापेमारी के बाद लोक निर्माण मंत्री सतीश जरकीहोली से इस्तीफे की मांग की है। बेलार्ड का कहना है कि ईडी को ₹3 करोड़ से ज़्यादा नकद और विदेशी मुद्रा मिली है, जिससे विभाग में बड़े पैमाने पर भ्रष्टाचार का पता चला है। उन्होंने जरकीहोली से जांच में बाधा न आए, इसलिए इस्तीफा देने को कहा है। बेलार्ड ने कहा कि अगर वे निर्दोष साबित हुए तो वापस आ सकते हैं, वरना सज़ा भुगतेंगे।
