Godrej Properties Reports 62% Drop in Q2 Net Profit

Godrej Properties has reported a significant 62 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ending September, with earnings falling to Rs 154.15 crore. This marks a substantial decrease from Rs 405.08 crore recorded in the same period last year. Despite the profit drop, the company's total income saw an increase, rising to Rs 2,571.73 crore from Rs 1,950.05 crore year-on-year. The decline in profit is attributed to higher expenses incurred during the quarter.

गोदरेज प्रॉपर्टीज ने सितंबर तिमाही के लिए अपने समेकित शुद्ध लाभ में 62 प्रतिशत की भारी गिरावट दर्ज की है, जिससे कमाई 154.15 करोड़ रुपये रह गई है। यह पिछले साल की इसी अवधि में दर्ज 405.08 करोड़ रुपये की तुलना में एक बड़ी गिरावट है। लाभ में गिरावट के बावजूद, कंपनी की कुल आय में वृद्धि देखी गई, जो पिछले साल के 1,950.05 करोड़ रुपये से बढ़कर 2,571.73 करोड़ रुपये हो गई। तिमाही के दौरान बढ़े हुए खर्चों को लाभ में गिरावट का कारण बताया गया है।
